Who Are We?
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Cloud County Health Center provides a medically supervised and monitored exercise program for those men and women who have experienced cardiac illness and need to recover their strength and sense of well-being. We offer a 12-week comprehensive program.
Who Can Benefit?
Men and women, who have had a heart attack, bypass surgery, stent placement, valve replacement, heart transplant or angioplasty. The Cardiac Rehabilitation program is dedicated to teaching these patients. Patients learn to exercise while being monitored with a cardiac monitor unit so that any abnormality in heart rhythm can be detected during exercise.
What Makes Cloud County Health Centerís Cardiac Rehabilitation Program Special?
We provide a safe, learning environment for those with heart disease. Frequent educational talks on heart-related and general health topics are presented by rehabilitation staff members. Family members are strongly urged to join in these sessions because the care and support they provide will hasten the patientís recovery. We offer convenient scheduling, two or three session per week, professional atmosphere, patient privacy and the highest quality of care for our patients.
