Dr. Muhammad Butt is a general surgeon on the Cloud County Health Center Medical Staff.  He assists OB services with C-sections.  Dr. Butt has been in practice for 30 years and is Board certified in surgery. 

Dr. Bonnie Cramer, a Family Medicine physician specializing in Women’s Health, is the newest member of the Family Care Center, beginning her practice here in August 2009.. She completed undergraduate studies at Kansas State University and obtained her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Cramer completed her residency through the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency in Salina. She provides family and OB services at the Family Care Center, and is also trained to perform C-sections. Dr. Cramer and her husband Brian have one daughter.

Ed Dodge, PA-C received his Bachelor of Health Science from Washburn University in 2006 and his Master of Physician Assistant at Wichita State University in 2008. He completed state boards in August and earned the title of Physician Assistant-Certified. With his AAS degree in Physical Therapy, Ed previously worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant from 1995 to 2006. Ed began working with the Family Care Center in September 2008.

Dr. Travis Jordan is a Family Practitioner and provides OB services.  He is Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine.  In addition to Family Care Center patients, Dr. Jordan also sees patients in the Jamestown & Clyde clinics.  Originally from Arkansas City, Dr. Jordan is a distance runner and an avid bow hunter.  His wife Erin is an RN at CCHC and they have two sons.

Dr. Richard J. Kueker is a Board Certified Radiologist on the Medical Staff of Cloud Co. Health Center.  Dr. Kueker interprets all radiological studies performed in the Radiology Dept.  Dr. Kueker has lived and practiced in Concordia since July, 1984.

Dr. Justin Poore is a Family Practice physician who also provides OB services.  He is Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine.  Dr. Poore is originally from Scott City, KS and received his medical degree from Des Moines University.  In addition to Family Care Center, Dr. Poore sees patients at the Jamestown & Clyde clinics.  He and his wife Kathy have two children.

Robyn Burwell, ARNP-C received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Ft. Hays State University .  She sees patients of all ages in the Family Care Center & Emergency Room.  She teaches classes in ACLS and works with the Diabetes program. 

Dana Jordan, PA-C, is a physician assistant with the Family Care Center.  She received her BS in Physician Assistant from Wichita State University.  Dana provides ER coverage at CCHC twice a week and sees patients in the clinic as time permits.  She chairs the clinic Policy/Procedure Committee.

Layce Siemsen, PA-C, began working in the Family Care Center as a Physician Assistant in February 2009.  She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE, where she received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies.   
 

Jay Thomas, CRNA has been a member of the Affiliate Medical Staff of Cloud County Health Center since 1999.  He has a BSN,  a BS in Business Administration, and an MBA. He received his Masters Degree in Health Science (Anesthesia) from Texas Wesleyan University.  Jay began providing anesthesia services full time for CCHC in March 2003.  His wife LeAnne is an RN, and they have one son.
